Overdue fees: $1.50 per day per DVD or Video (if there are two DVDs in one case each individual disk is fined separately, so that would equal $3.00 per day)

Renewals: May be renewed one time for an additional 3 days

RENEWALS:

All items may be renewed in person using your library card or the actual item, by telephone with your library card number, or online through our website: www.mocolib.net click “search,” then the “My Stuff” tab, then “renew my materials,” type in your barcode number and PIN.  You will be unable to renew materials if they are on hold for another library patron.  Videos must be renewed by phone or in person.

RETURNS:

All items, including books, audio, and video may be returned inside the library during regular operating hours to the book drop located at the circulation desk.  Items needing to be returned after hours may be placed in the outside book drop located on the northwest corner of the building. If you fail to return your items on time we will attempt to contact you by telephone, then by letter. We will call once, and send three regular notifications by mail. If the item is not returned after it becomes eight weeks overdue, your account will be turned over to the County Attorney for collection. *

*Please be advised: It is your responsibility to keep up with your borrowed materials and return them in a timely manner. It is also important that you make us aware of any address or phone number changes so that we have the capability of contacting you about overdue materials. After any item borrowed from the library has failed to be returned for a period of sixty (60) days past the due date, and all attempts to contact you have been made, the item is considered stolen. Your account will be turned over to the County Attorney for collection under Texas Penal Code, Sec. 31.04.
